MILLWALL boss Kenny Jackett has admitted that recalling on-loan forward Josh McQuoid from Burnley is not out of the question.

The Northern Ireland international joined the Clarets on an initial 93-day loan in January and has made six appearances for Eddie Howe's team, featuring mainly in an unaccustomed left-wing position.

"We have a 24-hour recall we can trigger now the first 28 days of the loan deal have passed if needs be," Jackett told News Shopper.

"My two scouts have been to watch every game. He has played wide left in a 4-4-2 formation, which is interesting.

"I did see the Reading game and he has got into a side which has been going well. That is good news for us."
