CARDIFF City manager Malky Mackay says he is not surprised that Kenny Jackett has transformed Millwall into play-off contenders this season.

The Lions were languishing in 21st in the Championship table when the Bluebirds won 2-0 at The Den in September but are up into seventh ahead of the reverse fixture on Saturday.

Mackay said: "Over the course of the season, most people would say that they have been surprised that Millwall are up there – but I'm not so sure.

"I know kamagra Kenny and he's been building a group there for several years now. He's been gradually adding to the team without wrecking it.

"When teams are able to be built upon like that, with more Championship experience, the same manager and the same way of playing, they eventually come to the fore.

"They've been doing that over a consistent period of time. This game will be a huge challenge."
