Millwall to play Nottingham Forest in EFL Cup second round

MILLWALL have been handed a home tie with Nottingham Forest in the EFL Cup second-round draw.

Following the club's 4-0 first-round victory over Barnet on Tuesday night, the Lions will host the Tricky Trees with a place in the third round up for grabs.

The two clubs last met in January 2015, when Millwall won 1-0 at the City Ground thanks to Ricardo Fuller's late goal.

The Lions and Nottingham Forest have met at the second-round stage of the competition before – Andy Keogh's strike was not enough to save Kenny Jackett's outfit from a 2-1 defeat after extra-time in 2013.

The tie will be played in the week commencing August 22.
