WANTAWAY Dany N'Guessan is training away from Millwall's first team ahead of his imminent departure from the club.
N'Guessan has expressed a desire to quit the Lions and return to Charlton, where he spent the second half of last season on loan, and is expected to leave before the transfer deadline next week.
Sheffield Wednesday, who Millwall face at Hillsborough on Saturday, are also said to be interested in signing the Frenchman but their manager Dave Jones has refused to comment on speculation linking him with the 25-year-old.
Since declaring his desire to leave The Den, N'Guessan has been training with the club's U21 squad – though there is no suggestion of a bust-up with manager Kenny Jackett.
And Jackett says the current predicament is a frustrating one all round.
"There's people interested in him but he's entitled to want to go to one particular club and I understand that," he said.
"It's tough for our chairman because he's getting calls from other clubs where there's a better deal on the table. It's tough for our board of directors in this situation."
