MILLWALL are in advanced negotiations with Wolverhampton Wanderers to keep Jed Wallace at the club.
The Lions signed the 21-year-old midfielder from the Championship side on January 8 on an initial 28-day deal and the two clubs are expected to reach agreement on a two-month extension.
Millwall manager Neil Harris spoke with Wolves boss Kenny Jackett last week and those talks were positive.
Harris has praised the impact Wallace has made since his move, and the news will be a major boost to the club as they chase promotion from League One.
Wallace made his debut in the 2-1 win at Oldham and has provided two assists in five games.
The former Portsmouth player also won NewsAtDen's Player of the Month award for January.
