MILLWALL captain Tony Craig will have a scan later today on the injury he suffered against Bradford on Saturday.
Craig had to be helped from the pitch in the 56th minute of the scoreless draw at The Den after stretching on the edge of the box to block a James Hanson shot. His potential absence would be a huge blow for boss Neil Harris.
The 30-year-old defender has played in every Lions game this season, scoring once, since his summer move from Brentford.
He filled in at left-back earlier in the campaign when Joe Martin was out injured and since Martin’s return Millwall have conceded just two goals in six games with Craig partnering Mark Beevers in the centre of defence.
Millwall have had a luckless recent run with injuries to some of their more experienced players.
Sid Nelson is also out at the moment leaving Harris with Byron Webster, who came on for Craig against the Bantams, and Beevers as the only fit senior centre-backs.
