MILLWALL's League One fixture with Doncaster has been moved to October 27.

The two teams were due to meet at The Den on Saturday, October 10 but has been rearranged due to the possibility of international call-ups.

The Lions could have up to six players representing their respective national teams and, therefore, the decision has been taken to move the game back.

Meanwhile, the Lions' fixture at home with Burton Albion on November 14 could still be moved if three Millwall players are more are selected for international duty.

The burton game is no help to the fans wanting to buy rail tickets early. Millwall should make there minds up sooner rather than later.

I'm sure all these likely to be called up apart from Jimmi are fringe players, surely we could get by without them for one game, especially as moving the match to a Tuesday will knock at least a couple of thousand off the gate. Will be a shame if Burton is moved too as a lot of fans, me included, wanted to cross that one off the list.

@Still_Wall: This is quite short notice to re-arrange a home game too - plenty of fans organise weekends around our fixtures. So not only will the club lose much-needed revenue from a lower gate, it also really inconveniences lots of our fans. If we were a top club with key players involved, I'd have no qualms, but few of those on international duty are integral first-teamers. Surely that's what we have a squad for.
