As it happened: Millwall 0-2 Southend

RELIVE all the action as Millwall's recent good run was brought to a shuddering halt against Southend on Saturday afternoon.

Phil Brown's side had just two efforts on goal but took both of them to climb out of the relegation zone.

The Lions' search for a first win at home in the league this season goes on for at least another week until the visit of Rochdale to The Den next Saturday.

Nice to be heading to a home game expecting us to get the win rather than hoping we will.

Like the look of that starting XI with some decent options on the bench should Harris fancy a 4th or 5th goal late in the second half ;)

@MFC Lion: well don't I feel like a f****** idiot! What the hell is going on with this team? Even a poor team should have managed to get a point at home by now.

Two incredibly soft goals given away and that was pretty much it from Southend all game.

Thought Fred looked off today, very slow on the ball and kicked it out at least twice. Paris looked very good when he came on. Hopefully he will get more game time as he's had very little so far.

Moro don't b**** at Paris, you're 'pass' to him was utter dog s****. No one was getting that!

Craig at Lb doesn't work for me.

Well done to the fat physio for being a good sport, only thing in the game that made me smile.

No doubt it is the fault of us beastly fans for making a noise whilst the players are trying to concentrate.

I dont understand why Gregory Replaced Upson when it could have been Ferguson or PCH

Formation should have change to 4-3-3

    What's going on Millwall?
13 shots on Goal we get nothing
They have 2 on target and both are goals
We have to sort out what's going wrong or it's mid table or worse
(God forbid if we end up at the wrong end of this League)

@DMX: mid table? That would be nice! Wait till the January window when archer and Fred are sold, a couple of injuries and we will be fighting relegation. This is the price you pay for getting cheap low quality players in and lead them with an inexperienced manager

        @Geoff the lion:
        If Fred, O'Brien and Archer are sold . . . .
        It's over
It would be a disgrace if that was allowed to happen

The mistakes were when Upson replaced Gregory when it should have been Ferguson or PCH or Thompson.

Neil Harris what was ya thinking?

Team must go for Different formation and at least 2 changes add Joe Martim and John Marquis enough said
