First game - Win away from home....Very Nice
second game - (cup) home Lose to a Lge 2 team... not good
third game - Lets See.......???? this will set the tone for the rest of the season.

After losing to a Lge 2 team (who only just got promoted into that league) and us being a team newly relegated into Lge 1 and we get beat there has to be questions asked....???

Obviously I wasn't at the game.....(being in NZ).... but what was the feeling.
Did we deserve to lose it OR did they just get lucky like you can in a Cup tie.

I hope its the later because if it wasn't then we will be serious trouble this season.

Some people may think we are going to go straight back up (I HOPE WE DO) but this league is going to be tough. Added to the mix there are some big Teams down here in lge 1 that maybe shouldn't be here just like us...... but with every away game going to be a big mission for our boys I don't think it will be a walk in the park. I used to have to travel every other week when I was in the UK to compete all over the UK and it takes it toll.

Lets hope NH has this under control. keeps a regular team formation keeps a semi regular starting 11 (maybe 13 or 14) if different tactics are in play and get our A***'s back up to the Championship sooner rather than later...........C'mon WALL..... Make us proud to wear our lions on our shirts.....

We deserved to lose, we were 2nd to every ball and got bullied. Our 2 centre midfielders were non existent and one of our centre halves played like he was a non league player. However, that doesn't mean we are in serious trouble. It is 1 match, and a tin pot cup match at that. I don't know If you checked the other results from that evening, but there were far bigger shocks than our one. You can't judge anything after 1 league game. We will win more than we lose this season but people need to relax and show abit of patience, it's a long season.

@82wall: hope your right.....yes there was bigger upsets than us but that's other teams issues.....we care about our team. if as you say we had players that were non existent and a centre halve who should be playing non league then how can you say we are not in trouble..... you contradicted yourself....???

yes its a tin pot cup....but its still a game that we should be winning....
