As it happened: Shrewsbury Town 1-2 Millwall

Relive all the action as Millwall got their Sky Bet League One campaign off to a perfect start against Shrewsbury Town at Greenhous Meadow.

After going behind on 55 minutes, goals from strike duo Steve Morison and Lee Gregory gave Neil Harris' side all three points.

Shrewsbury had a formidable recent home record but Millwall showed fight and quality to come from behind and now go into Tuesday's game against Barnet full of confidence.

@bluelion10: love your optimism mate, hope your right. Personally think its a tough one, dont wanna be playing newly promoted teams, there always on a bit of a roll, so bit of a test for the boys. could'nt get a ticket today or i'd be there. just give us a proper Wall performance. Think bomber is getting it right but its a long way back. patience and some proper Wall support needed now. COYL

@Longfield Lion: couldn't agree more but 3 points is a must. Good young and hungry bench though longfield.
Let's hit the ground running and build up some momentum then we can introduce the kids sensibly.

It'd be great to see us do them by at least two goals - a nice confidence builder at the start of the season. Still, as they are probably saying the same things about us, I would settle for a 1-0 to us. COYL!

If he doesn't want to play ferguson straight away that's fine but surely Tc is better at left back than beevers ffs.

Fred was mustard but apart from a few silly mistakes and some half decent play from them we were the better side, not bad when you consider there home form and the fact they have just come up and are/were on a high. I think things look ok ,still plenty of work to do.

Gregory worked his socks off ,Fred was excellent,Morison bit lacklustre until the goal and pen ,need him to be a bit livelier, didn't expect the 3 points today, role on Coventry.

@The Roar: If Morrison was a bit lackluster after scoring a goal and winning a pen if he starts to look any good we will walk the league. Morrison will score goals in this league he is a striker, play him up front and it takes the pressure off Gregs and the midfield. I was not at the game but Fred seems to be displaying all the talent and confidence we fans knew he had and I can only see us getting better. Big thanks to Neil and all the management team as well as the players we seem to have our Millwall back. COYL.
