agree mate and he is still spouting the same bollx. surely he can see what he has done to us. Still lining up 1 at front at home is allowing teams to take the p***. The idiot wont walk i think us the fans have to make the chairman fk him off now because with 5000 gates next season and dropping with this pr1ck in charge will leave us debt ridden. Look at how bad Hooivelt and williams are looking after both have looked a class above at times even gregory needed a pen to score to try and give himself some confidence. Just waiting for another Dunne story to come out spouting bullsh1t like last week

if everyone who wants Hollaway out stayed away from the next game, my guess is there would be 2/3000 there, JB would have to get rid of this lunatic and we might get some dignity back. like i'v said before the fans are the club, without us there is no club. Please JB show us just a little respect.

The clown needs to go now, as we know Blackpool were in this same situation 12 months ago , with several players out of contract in two months time, as like they were last summer with only around 8 professionals on their books with onky a handful of weeks before the season starts we need to have a new manager in place so why not get a pre contract drawn up and signed for Marc Warburton to start in May and then start signing new players and we then have a head start in league 1, it's too late to worry now we are to far a drift, put Harris or Fitzgerald in charge until the last game.

Nice idea stumbling point is whether Warbuton would want to come here.

IF he does then few would argue with having him after what he's achieved with Brentford.

    Guys forget talk of Warburton.
He's leaving cause his chairman has employed a head of recruitment and wants a director of football and wants a head coach not a manager, so far we have employed a head of recruitment and have discussed a director of football
So there's absolutely no chance of him managing us under those circumstances.

I have re-read everything Holloway said after our last three games.
    This is what I reckon-
    1/ He wants out.
2/ He wants JB to pay him off to go.
3/ We can't afford to do that hence the board's support for him.
4/ The board are fully responsible for not only the length of his contract but also the cost of his salary. He should have been on a one year rolling contract. Maybe he wouldn't have come on that basis. He's not so thick when it comes to finances it seems.
5/ As JB brought forward the revamp early, he's going to look very naive firing a manager who it seems , he genuinely thinks is the man for Millwall.
6/ We are going to get relegated for one reason and one reason alone-The board don't want to lose face.
7/ I'm not going to my beloved Millwall anymore until he's gone. That breaks my heart but I justify it because this is not a 'Millwall' Team and also this is my last post on here until Holloway has gone. Personally, I think he's going to have a mental breakdown. I wouldn't wish that on anybody but whatever happens I promise you it's all going to end in tears.
See you when my Millwall return.

But staying away does the same. The way we have capitulated without a fight is disgraceful and i see our young lads sat behind the dugout not in the squad it pisses me off. this clown has to go somehow

Super Alan Dunne. What the fu ck was he thinking ? If I was the ref I would have sent him off.
Bailey ? First game back or not how half hearted was that. I said a week or so ago that I don't believe bailey and Williams can play together and see nothing to tell me otherwise.
Tonge and Williams all over the place for the third with a Nelson slip to boot.
    4th just pure class imo.
As for our pen fabrinni should have done it a couple weeks ago as the Oscars have been and gone mind you he'll have no worries getting a six month leading role in swan lake (no complaints though, nice to see one of ours take the chance with a dive for once)
Shame it was so late in the game but a bigger shame so many have not been bothered about getting paid for a job they love.
Shameful bunch of cants the lot of em

I dont blame Ollie hes on 15 grand a week so he will stay for that alone wouldnt we all ....The blame lays with who brought him to the club ....fans have read reports of his previous failiures so its there to see surely Ambler should have asked a few questions to find this out before employing him and paying 750 thousand pounds a year....Ollie has always been a chancer spinning things around to make himself the victim ,but thats Ollie Berylson gives Ambler the running of the club but hes done nothing good ....hes probably a mini Ollie talking the talk ...Berylson should sack Ollie of course and think seriously wether Andy Ambler is the man for the job....

@SE17 Lion: It's not just Ambler who's responsible. His appointment was a decision taken by the board and Berlyson, who seems to go on giving him more support the worse he gets. Anyone from outside the club would think the powers that be at Millwall actually want us to go down.

What is the point of putting this post on here. Don't you think we have suffered enough already, we had to sit and watch this sh*t, now you want to rub our noses in it again. There were no highlights, apart from Holloway hiding in the dugout and shaking like a leaf, if he was any sort of man, he would have at least stood out front and taken the flak that he has generated. What really surprised me was the total apathy shown by the crowd, there were a few muted boos and distant shouts of Ollie out, but apart from those around the dugout there was certainly nothing from the CBL end. Everyone got up at the end and a few politely clapped and when home. Our Millwall is disappearing fast and there is little to stop it.

Just read that mirror interview with dunne. He claims morinho couldn't do a better job at the moment than ollie, 8 points adrift from safety with 10 to go, no sh it sherlock. What a fu cking stupid thing to say. There's no one out there who can save us from the drop.
Fu cking idiot. He also goes on to say that it's not ollie's fault, the players aren't doing enough but we've had loads of injuries, I'll give him that, we've had more than enough, in fact most teams don't get this many after 2 or 3 seasons. That must be a very frustrating thing to deal with but I recall ollie saying, after Paris 1st injury on the training ground after his first couple days, that he struggled with the extremely hard individual training he sets his players and was always going to find it difficult.
These pair have absolutely fu cked our season. Pair of selfish mugs.

15k a week....???? is that what he is on....?? jeesssss no wonder he isn't handing his notice in.

We have all spoken about wage thieves at our club but that just has to be the biggest thief of all....!!!!

he should now be on performance base.... or if he had a heart then drop it to 5k a week and put the extra 10k into signing a better striker.... we must be able to offer someone decent to save us 15k a week + 10k from IH wages that will be 25k a week for someone to come and bang in 15 goals in before the end of the season....25k a week seems a nice little earner for a premiership player looking for to play each week..... Woods ( I know hes gone to Ipswich) but someone who knows were the back of the net is.

Sorry had to be said....how many of us have stayed at a job because the money was good and knew we were on to a good thing.......????????

. The highlights/lowlights show it as I saw it all be it from a different angle. Bailey can't get close enough to Howson as he carries the ball forward but Dunne drops backwards instead of going towards Howson. Block the shot narrow the angle for him to shoot force a pass. Dunne at fault. Bailey not fit enough for a return yet and will he ever be. Bailey's best position is in the treatment room.
.Second goal. Dunne concedes a penalty on Gerome. Not quick enough to get to the ball before him so why body check him in the box. Stonewall pen.
.Third goal Forde. Frombthe angle it went in at Forde could've done more. Last keeperbto fumble shots like that at the den was bywater.
.Fourth goal was a culmination of errors by a team who had given up.
.it took us to concede 4 goals and run down 80 odd minutes before Fabbrini tried a touch of class and won us a pen. Too f****** late.
.Our scaffolding where the giant Telly used to be. Embarrasing. Our ground has a Sarejavo feel to it. War torn F****** Bosnia.
.Holloway and Dunnes love affair. Where does Ian start and Alan finish them two are so well attached.IH looks like he has contracted HIV or some other form of disease that takes the little weight he had when he looked healthy off of him. Maybe he caught it from Dunne.
Lies and apin needed to stop a long time ago. Believe it or not we're not as stupid as the press might like to make out. Seems staff members believe what the press what about us. Were not stupid mindless barbaric thugs... we're intelligent supporters with a bit of clout. More clout than other fans. That comes from passion.
.Contradiction. JB says IH is still the man for the job. 12 months ago he got us out of the mess. He is still the same man he was then. So why isn't Scott Malone and everyone else still here? Their not the same people as 12 months ago? We know Bailey isn't. He's been injured all season long... again. Carlos Edwards isn't he hot his knee smashed in at the start of the season. The Hoff isn't. People can change in 12 months JB.
.Also what ever happened to the awe inspiring life coach/ sports hypnotherapist IH employed? I mean surely he must be held accountable. He's a bigger wage thief than IH and Justin Hoyte combined. He should never be allowed to work again. He did f*** all good for us.
.Holloways tactics formations team line ups and bizarre substitutions this season are the cause of where we are. Injuries caused by an idiotic training regime are the cause of where we are. Inability to tie down a goal scorer is the cause of where we are. Signing cart horses, journey men and wage thieves is the cause of where we are. But I have every confidence that given more time this man will fart and wverything we know and love will not only be put back together again but will be put back stronger together. Christ. I'm starting to sound like IH himself now. I've finally become that person my parents always warned me to keep away from.
Rant over. Lost the will to live.

@Jim28: true Jim, I think I h has made some shocking blunders n the injury toll has given me the shits for ages cause I reckon some of it is due to bad management of the players but unless someone has a sly 100 million or so then I h is stayin by the looks and there's f*** all we can do except try to somehow put our frustration to the side and encourage this group. IH should maybe look deep into his plans and also admit the faults n make the nessecery changes. Whatever the outcome, the club will bleed out unless it's famous supporter base really dig deep. I know u,l say, how much more do we have to give but it's sink or swim. We gotta start somewhere.

This has been mentioned a number of times by people on this site and the media the board really need to take notice of this clearly he's on the verge of a breakdown. Get the League Management Association involved and get him at least garden leave whilst we sort this mess out

Things can not get much worse for us, so stick the youngster in now, even if we lose they will lose giving their all and actually want to play and put pride in our club.

The future looks set to be a rerun of the Blackpool disaster. Witless management, club in chaos, no players, no structure and straight down again. What chance relegation to League 2 next year?
The fact that Holloway was appointed called into question the competence of the club management, that he was not sacked in November confirms their incompetence. The Board have failed. Ambler should be sacked.
Holloway is an incompetent failure and always has been, the worst wage wage thief at the club because of the damage he has done to the club and to so many players.
I am not going back until Holloway has gone and there is something to believe in.

@Jzero: You're right about the danger of doing the same in Division 1 next year - all this talk about the great young playeres coming though is cobblers. If the club brings in the right person, they'd have time to assess the situation & players to stabilise things and give us a fighting chance in Division 1 next season. Even Harris and Co in temporary charge might help to unify the club/supporters until May and instill a bit of self-belief back into the players.

It's worth reading the report on the match in today's Mirror. Under the heading "Holloway Vow To Stop At Den" It confirms what most supporters on here think that IH has lost his marbles.
"He (Holloway") quit Crystal Palace last season because he could not hack the pressure of the premier league. And his rambling, self- deluded 23-minute post-match press conferences suggested he is once again a manager teetering on the brink. He walked into the press room and asked: "Do you want to boo me too".
"Self-deluded" is the right description and he is trying to delude us all with his waffle. What an embarrassment he is to the club, what will it take to get him out?

The sad thing is here & only my opinion is that we the fans / supporters are seeing truly how bad our club is being run. We have a manager who actually believes he is doing right & is just unlucky at the moment with the way a few things have gone ie injuries, signings & what not, we have a board , who have no back bone & are just happy to listen to the diahorria that comes from the managers mouth when we lose , which is quite a lot & finally we have a chairman who is thousands of miles away who trusts the board with everything , albeit his intensions are good for the club, by putting money into the club or bailing us out , it is not the ideal solution & that is what hurts so much , we as a club should be much much better than this , we should never be any of the above , we should never be in a position where a manager has a hold of us because to sack him he would financially ruin us, we should have a board that has some b******* & demands success for the fans & supporters of Millwall & when it doesn't happen have the balls to do something about it . The biggest problem is that we all see it but nothing is getting done hence were going to get relegated .

Unless of all tge Millwall fans out there 1 only a sad 1 disagrees when no one else does.always has to be at least one Jimmy Saville relation to come along and ruin it!

Just finished watching the highlights and yet again some of the mistakes are laughable and I stupidly thought that after the clear out of players we would be a better team and I had this funny feeling we could survive , how wrong I was so what are the real reasons for the problems our club now face .
One has to be that Jb backed the wrong horse twice with the help of AA and now probably regrets the fact that he never showed Kenny anywhere near the same financial support that he has the last two clowns , premiership clubs obviously thought Kenny was a safe pair of hands to send quality young plays to on long loan spells now we struggle to get any quality (Fabrinni being the exception ) with IH in charge which I must admit until a few months back surprised me .
How bad must Forde be to be dropped he is absolute crap and has been for a couple of seasons now the same as Dunn yet they manage to be playing week in week out would AA still have a job at any other club I doubt it .
To be successful you have to make tough and sometimes unpopular decisions but neither JB or IH seem able to do this we have seen our fair share of relegation before but this time it feels different something is changing even going to the Den doesn't seem the same and that's worrying .
Were know for being very loyal and passionate supporters but having people running the club who seems to not listen and even worse value our views is unforgivable without that passion and loyalty Millwall is just another poxy football club

IMO Regardless of the deservedly negative opinions relating to IH, it is also time the players took a long hard look at themselves as they were shockingly bad on Saturday and the first three goals were 100% the result of unforced player errors!

1st Goal - Footage doesn't show it but we gave the ball away in the middle of the park due to miscommunication between Hoiveld & Nelson so instead of clearing the ball into the stands the ball was given back to Norwich on the half way line consequently inviting the attack. And expect better from an experienced pro like Bailey, who could of and should of smothered the attack by taking their attacker down, total lack of effort and professionalism on his part...

2nd Goal - Has to be the most irresponsible and pointless challenge I have seen in a long time. Forde made a good save ( only good thing he done all game), ball was travelling safely away from goal and somehow Dunne thought it was necessary to practice an MMA take down on Jerome. Unforgivable and was practically suicide. Sunday league stuff not good enough..

3rd Goal - Our midfielders decide to try to play tip tap passing on the edge of our penalty area and when they failed miserably they stand around looking at each other in vacant confusion.. Very poor and could have been avoided with a basic clearance...

4th Goal - I like Sid so gonna be fair as he is learning but he should have done better to block Jeromes cross...

At least three of the goals we conceded were due to single player areas and that should be recognised. These lads get paid big bucks and are getting very simple easily avoidable things wrong...
Forde = not good enough for majority of the season
Dunne = despite experience continual liability and seems incapable of learning
Williams = plays within himself and is unwilling or too scared to gamble! has the potential to be better
woodford = goes missing seems uninterested 90% of the time! shouldn't play

In general we are toothless and the team play with fear. If we don't take attacking risks then we will rarely score. The players need to step up and shown some heart, belief and bravery if you ask me....

On a plus I thought , GTF/Gregory&O'Brien were lively and given time could be positive outlets?!
