@dazzat: Hopefully, although I doubt it with Holloway. Probably something dodgy like a 4-2-3-1? Williams and Bailey as holding midfielders. Either Fab or GTF playing just behind Fuller who'll play as a lone striker

Either way, looks like a relatively strong starting line-up and we might be able to nick a result today.
Then again, when does anything ever go to plan for us?

in 50 years of loving and supporting this club i'v never been as pi-sed off as i am now. 17 managers have lost their jobs this season in the championship most of the clubs involved have done better. Here we are with the biggest farce i'v ever seen at this club and our manager seems to have been given a job for life! The damage being done to the clubs support and future support is devastating . JB has put money in,all be it most of it wasted, but what he has to understand is the fans are the club and there is no club without us. I'm so sad to say i could'nt face it today, just to depressing, never been like that before but never seen anything like this shambles before. I will be back because its in the blood but please somebody get a grip!!!1

Stop take the p**s out of us, our club is the whipping boy of the championship and enough is enough. Those Holloway lovers on here what have you got to say now?

Holloway won't be sacked and he won't walk. We're definitely going down and the club are a shambles, what can be done to turn this around because this is going to get worse before it gets better. What makes Holloway think he's the man to bring the club back from league 1 next season because let's face it it's going to be a struggle next season.

Holloway is a serial incompetent, his career is one of failure. It is beyond me to understand why he was employed in the first place and almost defies understanding that he was not sacked in November.
It can only be money, whoever drew up his contract should be sacked.

Please no stories this week from players telling us how they all need to step up.
The simple fact is we are not good enough and are one of the worst three teams in the league. So we deserve to be where we are. We have no edge up front and no proper width. Confidence of players is shot.
Too many players on loan and too many out of contract. Norwich have put 10 goals passed us this season so that shows the gulf between where we are versus the top end of the league. You can't put it all on Holloway as the management have made poor decisions or not address issues that needed solving 3 years ago. Holloway does not seem the answer either for whatever reason. His signings have also been ineffective and even though I accept relegation is likely needed to rebuild, I am not at all confident he can turn things around as his tactics seem all over shop. The only positive to all of this is that we do seem to have 5-6 good youngsters coming through.

The worrying thing is that under Jackett and Berylson a considerable amount of time and expense was taken to move the club from League 1 to the Championship. Why did they even bother, if having achieved the goal of promotion the club is allowed to meander in the Championship. The rot started when Chris Woods left the club. There has been no serious attempt to attract a top quality striker or two since then and the lack of goals has put us where we are.

I've said before Beryslon has ulterior motives. Why would a Texan suddenly develop an affinity for an unpopular Lewisham based soccer team ( use of soccer deliberate ). I mean come on. If your a billionaire businessman I'm sure it allows you to write off a few losses against taxation etc etc. Those of you about to suggest that he has invested in the club might consider the paltry amounts he's been prepared to pay for players.

Everytime we bring a player on , he is sold , usually quite cheaply, a form of asset stripping. Others on here have suggested he was interested in the possibilities surrounding the development of the area around the ground. Now that those ambitions have been curtailed it seems as if he is quite prepared to let the club sink under Holloway's stewardship. Can you think of any other club who would have left Holloway in place after the run of results we have had.

I don't have any answers to our predicament but I think the sad thing is that I have almost come to accept these bad results. I can only suggest that people start writing 'actual' letters to the club demanding Holloways replacement. I'm pretty certain they dont look at this site or emails addressed to the club !!!

Get this p**** away from our club. No excuses, ultimately the blame lies squarely with him. His tactics(?), his selections, his recruitment, his motivating. I cannot see one reason to retain him; not even the financial cost; IMO it will cost us more in the long run to keep him. I'm sorry to admit, I left today as the fourth goal went in. Half the team are not good enough; Dunne should not be in the team, let alone captain, I know he is Millwall through and through but so is my seventy year old dad. HOLLOWAY OUT NOW.

Got told this morning that during the week ollie walked in the staff canteen at the training ground and in front of players and staff, without saying a word he started banging his fist on a table and shouting "we must win at home, we must win at home" it went on for about 3 or 4 minutes, no one joined in so he went up to a member of staff and asked "what must we do", staff member who was embarrassed said as quietly as possible we must win at home. Everyone present found it shocking and embarrassing.
That sounds like a man who needs help.
I wish him no harm but I do not feel sorry for him the man gets a lot of money for doing sh it and gets even more for doing well, he can pay for his help and still have more than enough for his and his family's luxuries.
I wouldn't be surprised if Briggs takes over the rest of the season due to ollie's ill health, keeps him out the firing line and keeps him in work for next season.
