Preview: Millwall vs. Fulham

MICHAEL Tonge and Gary Taylor-Fletcher have been added to Millwall's squad for their home clash with Fulham tomorrow.

Tonge comes back into contention having been ineligible to play against Leeds last weekend while Taylor-Fletcher has joined on loan from Leicester and is in like to make his debut.

Ian Holloway will be forced to make a change to his defence with Shaun Cummings ruled out.

Cummings' injury leaves Holloway with a selection headache at right back where Sid Nelson or Jimmy Abdou could fill in, as could Alan Dunne if he is moved from centre half.

Costa Rican international Bryan Ruiz is over a bout of illness and could feature for Fulham but Tim Hoogland (hernia) and Fernando Amorebieta (knee) are doubtful.

@Jim28: Yes, Jim28, that a great start to the season, a lovely day, and Fulham FC treated Lion Fans really well as we arrived, and right through the match. We should do the same for their Supporters, they all deserve it ! ( NOLU, WDC ).PS. Don't forget MFC treat them as they treated us, WELL !

my view is that Fulham will score with their forward line which means we need 2 to win - I don't see how we can be confident that we will score two goals - I fancy 1-1 draw

IH Please do not play Dunne at right back or we will lose!!...Jimmy plays that position really well and it could be a positive progression for him and his career..

No excuses with the next 2 Home games.
Only Blackpool have conceded more goals than Fulham.
Sheff Wed have scored less goals than us ?

We should be looking for at least 4 points - hoping for 6.

As above we got a great chance to the double over someone this season, let's grab the chance by the scruff of the neck.
Reckon it'll be a good game providing we lay off the players backs from the off. Let's create an atmosphere ourselves rather than wait for the players to give us something. It's been a pretty s*** season so far especially at home. I find it dull and boring most games but I'd rather have a decent sing song with plenty of banter if the players ain't entertaining us. The minute you walk in sometimes you can tell if the atmosphere is going to be good or not and that usually sets the tone for the rest of the day, seems far to serious almost like we've accepted defeat from the minute we turn up.
So far we can't trust the team to give us what we want so let's at least have a laugh and giggle to make the day a little better and who knows we may even walk out with a little bonus.
COYLs let's av a gud en all round.

Big week that I think will define the outcome of the season.
Get 7 points from three and we will be back in it.

would love to see Nelson back in the line up today. making the kid captain then not seeing him again after his ban can't do is confidence any good.

@Lincolnshire Lion: agree, entirely his fault to get the ban, but if he was good enough to get put in the team, and made captain, there must surely be a place for him at either cb or rb or even the bench until he breaks in again. The get left out completely must get players wondering whats going on.

I recon a load of 12 year olds are posting some of the comments are cringe worthy to say the least.

It will be a struggle. We badly need the win. We Gould do with a bit of luck and an even handed ref. Home form needs to be sorted or we will drop. Agree with the Fulham comments though they did look after us well. Our catering department needs to visit Craven Cottage to see how it's done.

Right Wigan dropped points last night, Brighton are 1 point above us and are at home to Birmingham so that's anyones game really,So lets get our home form sorted starting from now lets all get down there and make some noise and get behind the team no matter who is playing or what fat salad dodger is in the team ,We can not rely on other results going our way. I'll be there today, but with our scoring record, I cant see us scoring more than them, cause they are going to score thats well on the cards, but I cant see us loosing either, I'd like a win but it seems sooooo far off.
I have, I dont think, seen such a poor Millwall side with so few goals in the tank, like this current team, and that is in the sixty odd years I have been attending, all I am saying I want MY Millwall Back with a HOME record to saver
