Good stats but 9 offsides. Mind you the main culprit was Martin went two soon maybe he was excited to be bk in the team. Anyway the only stat that matters is the one at the top. Coyl

Block 28 – you could look at the offsides like that but in a way I find them encouraging. It shows that we are making runs and trying plenty of through balls. The most encouraging stat for me (apart from obviously the scoreline) is the attempts on goal tally. We’re tending to ‘out-shoot’ the opposition now, where as a month or 2 ago we were struggling to get into double figures. If you don’t buy a ticket you can’t win the lottery…

    Decent possession/successful pass stats too.

I do think this upturn in the last 4 matches (barring Uddersfield of course) is down the new signings. It makes sense to think that Fabbrini is bringing the possession and attempt stats up and its surely no coincidence that since Hooiveld arrived in defence we’ve kept 3 clean sheets in 4 matches.

@chembroLion: would be great if the introduction of hoo and fab have led to those improvements you've mentioned.

Because if that's the case, should we bring in a decent striker, then the goals scored stat should be on the way up.

Just need Ollie to go and find that player!
