Right Mr Holloway, your team so no more excuses. Time to start proving all of us doubters wrong. The very best of luck to you and your new signings, they'll need to bed in quickly to get us out of the hole we are in. COYL

Said previously, with the apparent cull (should have happened last Summer), and new signings, it is a team that has an excuse not to gel so although I'd love to win a "must win" game, I'd accept progress. If we don't win, I hope some are not going to destroy the confidence of new players from the sidelines making them wonder why they have come here.

@SE14: It's more or less the team we would have all picked so as SE14 says we may need to be patient whilst this team starts to work together. Not 'must win' yet - still a load of points to play for.

This is what happens when the manager (who supposedly knows what it takes to compete and succeed in this division) decides that putting a 19 year old kid in a pivotal position at a time when the pressure to improve and to get results is at its highest in a long time due to his own tinkering and ego. Not happy with that (and I am all for trying the kids) he decides that making him captain is sensible! Maniac! He does these things on a wim on the hope that he will look like he has played a master stroke on the off chance it pays off. The correct PUNT would have been on Fred BUT that was far too sensible. Another home loss on the way in 50 odd minutes time and more b******* comments to follow.

    100% div.

Great result lads, couldn't get the time off work but by all the news on Twitter it sounds like we really had a go and looked like we put in a good performance, and Kell I would say that some of the dislikes come from certain inDIViduals on here that take great delight in telling everyone how s*** IH is and how crap the team are. @kell: stop with comments about what other people think about your comments.

That goes for all the others who start posts with "i know I will get loads of dislikes for this".

Grow up! It's a message board not a popularity contest post your opinion even if it is a load of b*******.

Crap, still unable to win a game, the championship is now a far stronger division than a few years ago, Millwall are just not good enough, that is reality and Holloway is not the man to get us out of the hole. Sorry if it upsets a few people but one has to face the facts, our record proves it.

@Peckhamlad: The one thing I've said many times PL is that Holloway is a streak manager, his career is littered with many long losing runs and some long unbeaten runs. With the new signings there is a chance we'll go on a run, but the reality is we could be six plus adrift with a very poor goal difference by Saturday night.

First time I've walked out of the Den smiling in a long time. We didn't win, but we didn't lose. The desire was there, the commitment was there, and there was some proper skill in flashes from Diego, Greggers and Paris (Boy can he jump).
If only we had kept 11 on the field then I firmly believe we would have won, and yes I believe it was a clear red card all day, but Sid will learn.
Great banter in the crowd as well "Handball!"
Many more reasons to be positive, it's not over yet.

best we have played since the start of the season. i was right near ollie and you cannot get a more passionate manager he lives every header and tackle, so now this is his team so lets get behind himas we did the team tonght. All put a shift in. The Hoover is pure class. cummings and harding did well against some pacey wingers. Sid ? what he lacks in height and strength he makes up for in desire, yes he made a mistake but he will learn, Dunne did ok when he came on. Fabrinni is tricky although bit lightweight but when he is fit will be a matchwinner for us. Williams and abdou are the right combination for me. Felt sorry for maggie but Paris wow this kid is special ,'pace, skill and he was beating there back four to headers and only 5 foot nothing. Greggs was unlucky with a bullet header and ran his socks off. We will be ok once this team has jelled. Oh the Hoff ? he was sacrificed to shore up the defence he will have another day
