DAN Harding has joined Millwall on loan until the end of the season.
Harding, 31, passed a medical this morning before training with his new teammates for the first time.
Fellow new signing Paris Cowan-Hall also took part in his first session with the club on Monday following his switch from Wycombe Wanderers last week.
The Nottingham Forest left back is a direct replacement for Cardiff-bound Scott Malone, who is scheduled to travel to Wales tomorrow to complete a £100,000-transfer.
He will remain at The Den until the end of the season, when his contract at the City Ground expires, and he is available for Saturday's six-pointer against Blackpool.
Speaking to the club's official site, Harding explained how former Southampton teammate Richard Chaplow played a role in his move to SE16: "Chappy had a lot of good things to say about the club.
"And of course I already knew what a top manager Ian Holloway is, supported by very good coaching staff.
"For myself, this is a great opportunity to get some regular first team football again, and I'm looking forward to playing my part in the second half of the season.
"Every game is a big one in this League, with pressure for success increasing every year it seems. But I do believe that if we can string two or three wins together we can start moving up the table quickly and things will look a lot more positive."
