Video: Millwall youngster scores for loan club Wycombe

FRED Onyedinma hit his first senior goal for loan club Wycombe to secure three points against Hartlepool United in League Two on Saturday.

Onyedinma's stay with the Chairboys was extended until the end of the season last week as part of the deal taking Paris Cowan-Hall to south London.

    Great effort Fred. Enthusiasm and a desire to run into the box and have the confidence to shoot rather than stop, turn around and play it backwards. I'm looking forward to having Fred back next season. COYL

    Lovely finish. Got a good feeling about this lad, possibly the most exciting youth team product for some time, we have to blood him in the first team next season or reckon he'll be off...

    Hopefully we can get Fred back playing for us next season turn him into a star let his contract run down and then sell him to one of our rivals for peanuts . That's what we do , That's what we do
    Is anyone really telling me he is not good enough this season to be playing for Millwall ?

      @mfc2u: yep I am.
      He's a talent but needs building up. Unfortunately we're not in a position to do that right now. We're struggling at the wrong end of the table all we'll do is break his confidence where as Wycombe are flying high 2 divisions bellow us which is the perfect level for him to grow in confidence and stature. Also the lad we signed kept Fred on their bench now he's with us Fred starts, that should tell you enough.
      We haven't had a batch come through for yrs let's not put too much on em and blood em properly. I think Fred deal will do wonders for him and us.

    im hoping that the fact we have agreed to let Freddie stay there till the end of season means that this new lad of theirs must be good,surely we would never have done that otherwise,

    hope im right
