Preview: Sheffield Wednesday vs. Millwall

MILLWALL are hoping that Martyn Woolford can shake off a dead leg in time to face Sheffield Wednesday on Tuesday night.

Woolford had to be substituted during Saturday's 1-0 win over Fulham after being clattered by midfielder Scott Parker and is a doubt for Ian Holloway's side.

Ricardo Fuller was seen with an ice pack on his knee after the game at Craven Cottage and Holloway has admitted he may rest the striker at Hillsborough.

But the Lions healthcpc.virusinc.org/ativan/ will be boosted by the return to the squad of left back Matthew Briggs, who has served a one-man suspension.

Full back Kieran Lee is ruled out for the Owls with a groin injury.

Sam Hutchinson, who turned down a contract offer from Millwall in the summer, could be rested, but new signing Stevie May will continue in attack.

    Gueye on/ Woolford off
    Easter on/Fuller off
Bailey on/ not sure who off. Maybe abdou if he's concerned.

    Keep the defence the same.

@conor: Gueye is a risk at this time, against Leeds he wasn't really doing his defensive job. He's ok for a limited period but right now I wouldn't start with him. Is Chaplow back training yet? If not, Easter for Woolford and Gregory for Fuller.

    I would play.....
    Forde
    Edwards-Dunne-Beevers-Malone
    Williams-Bailey
    Martin-McDonald-Gueye
    Gregory

Don't think we should change the defence while they're on a role. Jimmy may be rested as he ran his heart out against Fulham and obviously Bailey is first in line to come in. Would give Gueye a start if Woolford doesn't make it and give Gregory a chance to get a goal under his belt where hopefully he can kick on from!

Briggs could cover for Malone when he goes forward and provide some muscle in midfield with Bailey

@James_SE16: Id bring Gregory on the 70th minute as I don't think he's ready to start at this level yet, and its such such a big game. To be fair Easter deserves his chance. Gregory's chance will come. but if he starts Gregory I won't complain cos I'm sure he is capable of doing a decent job.

Just leaving to go Wednesday. Never been there. Tried to go 3 times but something always stopped me. Heavy rain. Rail strike & one year the train ran out of water & got stuck in Leicester. Fourth time lucky I hope.

went to shelf weds in the late 70's early 8o's can't remember exactly, but jack charlton was in charge of them. we got lost on the way and ended up with a sheff utd fan getting on the coach and showing us the way there. he pointed us in the right direction straight to the home end where we ended up getting stones/bottles and bricks chucked at us. and we lost 2-0 . happy days!!
