LEE Gregory is in line to make his first Millwall start against Wycombe tonight.

The £250,000 summer signing was a second-half substitute in Saturday's win over Leeds.

The striker won the penalty that led to the crucial second goal in the Lions' opening-day victory and is expected to be given a longer run out in the League Cup tie with the Chairboys.

Magaye Gueye and Jermaine Easter also came off the bench against Leeds and could be named in Ian Holloway's line up.

Danny Shittu and Josh Wright may also feature, but several players will be rested ahead of the league trip to Fulham this weekend.

Nicky Bailey, Ed Upson and Richard Chaplow remain sidelined with muscle problems.

For Wycombe, midfielders Josh Scowen and Stuart Lewis are doubtful with ankle injuries.

Defender Gary Doherty is a long-term absentee.

Another win would be good to keep up momentum. Mind you beating leeds was easy as they are so poor and will go down.

@LETEMCOME: Shittu played very well against Mallorca. I'm sure he's up to league 2 standard strikers

Jeez I hope this is the rebirth of some of these blokes who at 1 stage looked washed up and hopelessly disallusioned. Shittu, macca etc looked to be on their last legs a while bac but could it be they rise like the Phoenix to become mainstays of this new group? Only time will tell but I H seems to be getting things right. Good luck with it all.

I hope too that one or two of the youngsters are involved including Fred one of the exciting prospects.
Be interesting if Josh Safia plays as well as was told he did well in a couple of pre-season games.
    Could be a fascinating game.

We should play our best team and try and put a run together. I know its the league cup and a chance to blood the youth but we don't want to go out early. Bring them on when we are 2 or 3 up. The first team players shouldn't have to be rested or saved for Fulham they are all fit pros and should be kept playing. Wining breeds confidence. COYL.

Good opportunity for the youth players tonight, plus some of the players that could do with the match fitness. Looking forward to seeing Maggie and Gregory in action tonight in particular - hopefully they'll both have a good game and build up their confidence. Also, seen a lot of people on here asking about FRED.... any news on him Aldo & co?? Maybe he'll play tonight....
Right, time to get some scoff and get down the den... time's a wasting!
3-0 to us tonight me thinks..... COYL!!
