Its lovely and sunny there, hope its done them a mountain of good, but difficult to name some of the squad as the pics are small. Can anyone with better eyes than me put names to all the faces?

@Peckhamlad: Dunne? Beveers, Campbell, Malone Ollie, but the strangest one is Bomber (under 21 manager) having a freebe with the first team squad we must be richer than they are letting on, I am not sure but it looked like Zampa was also in the background behind the goal (near the bar) he was also doing warm weather training in his suit.

@terry the turk lion: right, I have an update and have added another verse:

To the tune of my old mans a dustman:

      Holloway's a lion
      He wears a Millwall scarf
      When he's interviewing
      He makes me f****** laugh
      He is a carrot cruncher
He comes up from the west
      He's at home at millwall
      Cos were the f****** best!

Let me know if you like it?

Unfortunately, this will not be easy for me to start in the BK lower, so over to you CBL Boys.

@bonnie1272: Nice one bonnie, brilliant song! Though I would make a minor amendment to the penultimate line, as it doesn't quite scan with the tune: "He's right at home with Millwall" makes it scan better and emphasises the point!

I myself come up from the west, living near Glastonbury, though I'm not a carrot cruncher (born and raised in Kent), though I do like carrots.

What a great time to be a Millwall fan. I was at the game on Saturday and I concur with so much written on here about Holloway, and the club being back on track.

Since Berylson took over, its never really been off track for me. He 'gets' the club, and his managerial appointments have, I believe, been in the Millwall spirit. Ok, Lomas didn't work out, but he did look the type of manager who would have us play the Millwall way - the way he did - plenty of aggression and no little skill. Having said that I'm glad he realised it wasn't working, and made the change to bring Holloway in.

For me it will always be the case that way more important than which division we are in, is that the spirit of our great club remains intact. With our attendances and honours history we are a club that should hover between league one and the championship. Survival in this league is an achievment. To do that with the Millwall spirit as strong as ever, even more so.

You can keep your pantomime premiership as far as I'm concerned, soulless clubs and plastic fans. Give me my Millwall, in whatever league, every day of the week.

Thanks to all on this great forum. I've enjoyed reading it since I found it a couple of weeks ago. Come on you lions!!!!

Looks brilliant in the sunshine. Also seems like the players are training very well and hard all the time. Pounds have come off, and they will be a lot sharper, now.

@BUSHWACKER14: There is a flaw in what you are saying Bushwacker, if you look very closely at the photographs you cant see anyone moving so how do we know that they are training hard, could of had a photo call then off down the bar at the marina.

I cant imagine Ollie letting them get away with anying thing that's why he wanted them 24/7 to see what there caricature is like and how they stand up under pressure both physical and mental.

The unfit trainer was not there so he must have gone, just shows how amateurish everything was under SL, no wonder the team lost so much confidence and were so unfit. We will see another team altogether now.

A friend of mine is a triathlon trainer and he told me that after a boot camp session the players bodies will need 1-2 weeks to recover and only then will we see a marked improvement in their performances. I fear more patience by us fans will be required.....

@mfcdan: great post dan, premiership, plastic crap, premier supporters, plastic, the whole premiership scene is a sky showbiz show. Millwall is real, it has a soul , the supporters come from the area mostly, so they love the club like they love their family, ( almost ) , which is why their behaviour is the way it is , cos it means so much to them. At times it's hard to live with them ( like the last six months ) but we can never live without them. We may never get into the premiership ( who cares ) but to be a millwall supporter is premiership.

I'm 62 years old I first watched the lions as a birthday present in 1957 I've been through the happy times, 59 home games unbeaten. The happy times in 1988-1989. The desperate years as we all have. This is the start of a new begining. Think Rhino, Mc Clearly, Briley, Hurlock, Dawes. Proper Millwall players. Holloway understands as Docherty and Mc clintoch did we need Millwall players who understand us as fans and what we expect. We don't mind losing providing we try. I've just had a £20 bet with a mate that we will not lose another game this season. Christ this is wonderful berylson thank you. Holloway do the business, we anticipate. Miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

Be cautious regarding Sheffield Wednesday. The new manager has given them a new lease of life and they are no mugs. I expect them to end up well clear of the drop zone. I think we can beat them but it wont be easy.
