Swansea defender Jazz Richards back on Millwall's radar

MILLWALL have made a fresh enquiry for Wales international Jazz Richards.

Richards was a summer target for former Lions boss Steve Lomas but the 22-year-old opted to join Huddersfield Town instead.

He made nine appearances for the Terriers generic lexapro online before returning to parent club Swansea.

And new manager Ian Holloway, who also signed Richards to boost Crystal Palace's push for promotion last season, wants to take the right back on loan.

Championship rivals Yeovil Town have also made an approach.

@Strood Lion: This one may be good though and is the right age and has experience. The ones we have are crap.

A positive start to defensive reinforcements if we able to bring the young lad in on loan, being an RB could mean Dunney might be loaned out or possibly Hoyte for regular football. Still would like to see a young hungry quick quality CB brought in as well. Not sure Tamas Gabriel is the answer to our already aging squad but he still better than what we got at the minute.

@Bexley_Lion: Fully agree Bexley ., Dunne has always struggled in this division and the loanee does not seem to be the answer either, dont know this player though but if he is at Swansea then he must be a footballer and know how to do the correct things on the pitch.

Regarding the young CB we had one of those not too long ago but he was never giving much of a chance to try to hold the place in the side and was moved on before Ollie arrivied at the Den but that's football as they say.

I think Alan Dunne deserves a great deal of respect & admiration after several attempts to surpass with another RB whether permanent or a loanee. AD has displayed that he's up with our other legends who's a one club man. I've lost count of the number of RBs we've had over the past 10+ years and he's still with us & wearing that RB's shirt.

@Jim28: I hope it's his last season, lost count of the amount of times I have lost my voice slagging Dunne off. He has been a liability for years, so thanks for your loyalty and good luck in your retirement.

@Bolland: YER I RESPECT DUNNEY BUT I THINK HIS TIME IS COMING TO AN END AT MILLWALL IF WE REALLY DO WANNA PROGRESS WE NEED TO GET RID OF THE PLAYERS OUT OF OUR TEAM THAT AINT CUTTING IT AT CHAMPIONSHIP LEVEL TO MANY TIMES TO OFTEN I SEE HIM MAKING VITAL MISTAKES OR LETTING HIS TEAM DOWN BY GETTING SENT OFF I TAKE MY HAT OFF TO HIM WHAT HE HAS DONE FOR THIS FOOTBALL CLUB BUT LIKE HIM AND A FEW OTHERS DOWN THERE I THINK ITS THERE TIME TO MOVE ON NOW AND TIME FOR MILLWALL TO BLEED SOME FRESH BLOOD INTO THERE TEAM!!

        @Block 8:
Regardless of his abilities, he should be applauded for sticking with us all these years & not wanting out when he was over-looked & side-lined by various managers. We could do with 10 more players who have shown that commitment to 'wall for so many years.

So glad we signed Hoyte on a permanent deal then, for a club with a limited budget we love to waste a bit of money...

That seems our obvious problem, in fairness he appears to be a good player and can't do us any harm getting him but would be happier seeing us sign a CB with similar credentials, and surely our budgets already out of hand?

Just let IH do his job, he's seen our weaknesses, got a good feeling about the way he's going, it's s.ht or bust and he knows it, he need the fans to play their part hope we get a good gate and get behind the team, Lomas has gone lets move on to safety.

Agreed, totally support IH just hate to see waste of space players picking up large pay packets and milking the club with no contribution. Trust IH will sort us out, it the s*** decisions before him that have effed it all up!!

Smooth. We'll have to run out to the Dizzy Gillespie version of 'Let Em Come' if he signs.

Alan Dunne is a one club man yes... Because no one else has wanted him... If a prem club or a championship club had offered a couple grand more a week he would of gone in a shot... Don't get confused please.
